2010 Hyannis Main Street Sprint

The Main Street Sprint is a one mile road race straight down Main Street Hyannis, Massachusetts. Events include an officially timed sprint for runners trying to set a record; A Fitness Fun Run for runners and walkers alike who want to get some exercise and raise some money for charity at the same time; and a Kid's Fun Run for children 10 and under who want to see how fast they can run a mile.

Registration: 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM Parking lot behind British Beer Company: Parking, Registration, Bib pick-up; Entrance off North Street
Race Fee: (Ages 11 & up) $10.00
Race Start: 9:00 AM
Starting Line is at 200 Main Street (7-8 minute walk from registration area)
Race Finish: 10:30 AM

Join us for a post race awards function at the British Beer Company on Main Street Hyannis beginning at 11:00 AM.



The race will benefit Kiwanis Youth Services, which includes scholarships for the three local high schools: Barnstable High School, Sturgis Charter Public High School and Dennis-Yarmouth Regional High School. Kiwanis Youth Services also provides funding used for the refurbishment of local playgrounds and supports local children's programs as well as children in need.. The Kiwanis Club of Hyannis is a community service club that serves the children of Cape Cod, New England and the World.
